Strange is a fast-rising Nigerian singer, songwriter and rapper. His music and entertainment career had originally kicked off right from a very young age. Chamberlain Olisa also known as Strange, is a Nigerian-based songwriter and singer born in Lagos, who hails from Nnokwa in Idemili South LGA of Anambra State.
As an enterprising child, he developed a passion for music at the early age of 12 and started practicing music at the age of 17. He embarked on his music career in 2014 when he got admitted into the university where he discovered a niche in music.
He teamed up with his cousin “Kennycee” as duo singers making a couple of hits and has featured in different shows on campus and in the city of Awka.Strange (Nigerian musician) Strange and his cousin brother formed a group name “Prodigyz” And they produced two singles, “Limbo” (2015) and “TGIF” (2015). Later on, they both decided to disband the group to pursue their separate ambitions. He went solo 2 years later to pursue his music career with his debut single “I talk am” released on 13th August 2016 which gained him recognition and brought him to the limelight.
A year later he came up with another hit song “Crazy” released on 23rd March 2017 which made waves peculiar to upcoming stars aspiring to promote their brand in the Music Industry. In 2016, Strange was featured by K Dope in his track “Control”. He currently has no strong public affiliation with any other artist.
Strange has been named to be one of the best fast rising artists in Nigeria in 2020. Strange has his latest song titled ‘Aye’ which has gotten a lot of visibility and even celebrities danced to it. He is currently working on a new song titled YOU which would probably have a British Rapper on it
